The listed prices are excluded €150 for a final house clean, which is done after your departure, €15,- per person per week for mandatory rent of bed and bath linen, 3% tourist tax, € 0.50 per KwH for Electra above 150 kWh per week. The stay is from Saturday at 16:00 to the following Saturday at 10:00 am. Changes to this are of course negotiable. The house is cleaned after your departure in readiness for our next guests, but we do ask that you leave l’Ancienne Ecole in a reasonable state of cleanliness. If we find that this is not the case then an additional cleaning (€ 25,00 per hour) may be charged. There is a washing machine and dryer available for your use in the cave of the property. The rules for cancellation will be communicated to you prior to your arrival.
